License must not be
- Suspended
- Revoked
- Expired
- Restricted/Limited
Age
Renter/Driver must be 18 years or older if under the age of 25 subject to young driver fee.
Driving Record
Must not include the following
- DUI/DWI
- Reckless Driving
- Hit and run
- Attempting to flee law enforcements
